Last Thursday, January 31st, former Lake Apopka farmworker and community leader, Linda Lee, celebrated her birthday with some of the FWAF staff! She was surrounded by her grandchildren and three other community members, where they brainstormed ideas on how to get more younger community members involved leading up to preparations for the Farmworker Association of Florida Local Assembly. Everyone enjoyed dinner, followed by a cake singing 'Happy Birthday.'
